On Saturday I met with the trainer from Platinum Farms, and she offered me a paying job! Since about a week and a half ago when the dressage barn wanted me to work for free I have been a little discouraged, but Jay reminded me that I still had the meeting with Rochelle from Platinum Farms coming up. So, Saturday I met with her and everything is working out beautifully. I start next Monday, which is another week of being home alone, but at least I have a paying job and it's a job I will love, again. I can't believe how blessed Jay and I are in all of this.In other news, we are in the process of trying to get out of our contract with the realtor back in CA. We still have another month left on it, and we know the house is just going to sit there. Our realtor has to "check with her boss" about letting us off, so hopefully they will so we can get going with a bigger company, which will hopefully be more aggressive and have more resources.

Congratulations! I'm so happy that you'll get to keep doing what you love. And I speak from experience that you will enjoy having somewhere to go every morning instead of just parking on the couch! Tommy and I are still praying for your house to sell. We know it will!

Yep, Rachel, I did meet Jay for lunch yesterday, and maybe we'll even get to do it again tomorrow!
I love it when Erin is on vacation and I can visit with her during lunchtime. Sometimes we even have time to eat lunch.
