This is supposed to be way easier and better and faster now that we are all hooked up with DSL! We'll see how much faster it really is when it comes time to upload the pics.
So there really isn't much to say except that we are trying to get all settled into the new house. There are boxes everywhere and it's crazy, but I think we're getting there. There are painters here this week to paint the upstairs (after a few discussions about whether we would do it ourselves - read, Jay would do it himself - or hire someone, and when it came down to it, we realized there are just so many weekends before the baby is due and we just wouldn't have time to do it ourselves.) So that is one thing off our plate. Jay got the electric dog fence installed over the last couple days, and now we just have to get Ella used to it again. Jay is also working on spray painting some cabinet knobs that we got at Ikea (when in CA) for 12 cents each! They are just a little light for the kitchen so he decided to spray paint them. Still much cheaper than anyother knob you could buy!
My belly is getting increasingly bigger and I'm starting to wonder how I am supposed to keep growing for more than a month still! Anyways, on with the pictures because that's all anyone wants to see anyways...

wow, that was faster uploading... above is what will be the nursery...

these are the knobs Jay spraypainted - looks like something out of a science fiction movie...

these are the knobs that are currently on every single drawer and cabinet in the whole house - I'm sure they were expensive, just not our style...

Ok, you should post weekly belly pics from here on out! I don't know about this higher altitude makes smaller babies thing. I think it has more to do with genetics! anyway, at the rate you're growing. . . . . we'll see :)
mom
wow, the picture with your mom really hides the pregnancy. Not that you need to hide it...
I'm glad you are getting those odds and ends taken care of. Your little one will be here before you know it!
Its those front shots. She can be pretty stealthy with that belly. From one angle, it's regular Jenna, and from another angle, its huge-belly Jenna!
BTW, the knobs turned out pretty good. Not the most extravagant knobs known to man, but much better than the leaves (and the little socks and boxer-short knobs they had in the laundry room). Plus for a grand total of about $16 (including the paint) for 75-80 knobs, I figured I really couldn't go wrong.
Now just about 20 other projects to knock out before April 20 (such as assembling the crib per the picture of the disaster area/nursery)
I'm so glad everything worked out so that you could get into the new house before the baby arrives. Isn't unpacking fun? :o)
Everything looks great...ok, it will look great when it's put together. Try not to get overwhelmed with it all. Tommy and I have been here almost a year and we still have boxes that are untouched!
Jenna, you look great! Pregnancy agrees with you.
Where are all the posts we've been promised now that you have DSL? I know I don't have room to talk, but come on! Your public is waiting.
